I know it's been a while...

Feb 15, 2026

Hi lovely,

It’s been a while since we last spoke.

Truth is the last six months tested what I was made of.

Some of the darker stretches of life. The kind that quietly ask you who you really are when no one is watching. The kind that force you to either grip tighter or let go.

And somewhere in that space I realised I needed an overhaul of my own.

Not just business. Me.

I had outgrown parts of myself. Old pressure. Old noise. Old ways of leading from proving and pushing. I could feel it in my body. In my energy. In the way I was showing up.

Which is what led to the rebrand.

It was not a long strategic drawn out thing. It came to me in one afternoon sitting between sets at the gym. I looked up at my advert on the screen and thought, this is not me anymore.

By that night it was done.

The shift is softer but stronger. Grounded. Feminine in a way that feels powerful not performative. Still disciplined. Still high standards. Still that signature yellow as a nod to the fire that built this.

But expressed differently.

Because growth is not about becoming louder. Sometimes it is about becoming more honest.

And you will feel that in everything moving forward.

Would love you to check out my post on instagram. I go into some more detail on the 'why' there. (Also a cheeky giveaway, but if you dont want to wait you can use code READY for your first week FREE here)

Also… there is something else coming.

Another personal announcement in the next few weeks.

You will be the first to know.

Cassie 🤍

It's very rarely about belief
I had a really honest conversation with a client recently. She told me she felt like she had these stints of greatness and then something would happen and it was all over. Starting again felt heavier every time. More effort. More resistance. She'd done it before, remembering the work she did to get there. After moving through other phases of life, she found herself looking down the barrel of it ...
Tomorrow feels like the first unofficial day of the year.
That Sunday Scaries kicks in.The mental checklist starts. The urge to fix everything at once feels loud. New habits. New routines. Cold turkey energy. We convince ourselves this time will be different. Then a few days pass and it feels heavy.Hard to maintain. Easy to drop. So we pull back. Lose momentum.Promise we will try again in a few months using the exact same approach and somehow expecting ...
A note for this time of year...
This time of year used to make me feel uneasy. Not in an obvious dramatic way. More like a quiet heaviness that would creep in when I realised the year was ending and I would start mentally tallying everything I did not finish. Another year gone. Another set of days I cannot get back. And that familiar question would pop up...What do I actually have to show for it? For a long time I treated tim...
